Jogoya V Umai-ya

Firstly, please don't get confuse with my little title up there. I'm not going to compare them although I use the symbol 'V'. Note that in civil law cases, 'V' can somehow carry the meaning of 'and'. Well, this is what we called apply whatever you've learnt :)

Sorry if I've gone too far. It's the point now.

Last Friday, quite a number of us headed to Jogoya, a Japanese Buffet Restaurant. Wonder why? They are having promotion now. Buy one free one for the lunch buffet which actually mean that you just got to pay for around RM50 each to have whatever food you want in it. (provided you found pairs for everyone) Interest to have more detail? Just click on JOGOYA. Promotion ended by 27th April, so hurry your step up!

Since the link above can provide all those information, guess I don't have to talk too much about it. What I would actually prefer to talk about is my own experience. We were late for that buffet!!!! We paid RM50 just to have only 1 hour for that buffet! And due to the really serious traffic jam, we forced to park our car very far apart and walked all the way to it. What would I say is just Thanks God for giving me at least one hour, although it isn't really much enough.

And since we were so late, once we reached, everything is about food, seriously no time for picture!! and That's why I got only this, the picture after we finished everything :)
If you are going, remember to change the one-time-use voucher for this. It is a little bit too sweet for me, but so what, it is Bird's Nest!

Overall, I wonder was that due to our over rushing, I don't really feel like enjoying the food there. But however, there is really a lot of variety. BTW, although it is named and categorized as Japanese Buffet Restaurant, they do provide many different kinds of food. Besides Japanese cuisine, you can also find both Chinese and Western cuisine in there. So yea, if that's possible, I will not stop myself from going for a second visit. But if there is such a chance, I will make sure I can be on time very sharply!

Then, let's talk about another Japanese restaurant I just went today. Just to be clear, I wasn't addicted to any kind like buffet! I also hate myself and have been so guilty from eating so much! Andandand my purse is like really running out of money. But there is always friends around that influence and induce you so horribly. So girls and guys, please keep in mind to choose your friends wisely. No offence =P

Taaadaaaaa~ Umai-ya Japanese Restaurant. I seriously have to mention here! There is no Umai-ya at Damansara Perdana anymore!! They are now having only two Umai-ya outlets which located at Bandar Puchong Jaya and Uptown Damansara. Please don't folly went to the one in Damansara Perdana as shown in Google Map like us! We got cheated and wasted like half an hour.
If you are a Japanese Food lover, they do provide weekend lunch buffet. Just grab whatever you want to eat and drink with a price of RM48++. For further information please click on UMAI-YA.

Well it is a little bit different from what I went for Jogoya. Umai-ya provides only Japanese food, fully Japanese. The food arrived in the kind of order. Due to our recently finished Hong Kong's show, me and my babe ting are so eager in craving Japanese's food. And you know what, once we reached, we took a pencil, put a tick on almost everything that we feel like eating. Thanks God the 'look kind but not really so' woman stopped us. She discussed with us and help us to erase and modify our horrible order.

Try this! Dragon Maki under Maki Mono. It is soooooooo delicious! I'm Unagi's lover :)

Beef Negi under Kushi Yaki. The beef is awesome. Take off the inner part if you don't really eat onion :)

Took this half way we ate. :)
It was quite a lot right? Trust me it's just part of it! We ordered so much that we almost going to vomit after eating. Please make sure you don't. Don't threaten your life with only RM48++. It doesn't really worth it. haha

One more thing, they have the ice cream with Wasabi's flavor. A brand-new one. Have a try if you don't mind about the strong nostril-stinging sensation that emerge right after the initial sweet taste! :)
Overall, Unagi is the best!! Whatever serve with Unagi is so tasteful and I still have them in my mind now!

It is the four of us.
Lastly, Happy Birthday in advance!
Look at the cake. It is the first time I use my own hand to decorate and write the word above. It isn't that neat enough I know. But it is my work!! Still, I'm so proud of myself! :)

PS : Countdown 5 days!!!
