Trip to Melbs- Road Trip

Suddenly had the urge to express my feeling. It's been a wonderfully nice weather in Brisbane today, cozy all day which made me thought of the winter I had one month ago in Melbourne. When the skies turned dark and when the rain started to drop, palpitation brought up deep inside the heart. Yea.. today is a really special day...

In my last post, managed to finish everything before our road trip. So today, Imma talk about our amazing road trip during that unforgettable three amazing days.

Finally the two gang are now completely combined together. We spent the whole three days together by renting four cars in total, heading out from Melbourne city to the well-known road trip destinations!

Left the apartment super early and headed to Danny's place. The above showed when we camwhoring inside Danny's 'messiest ever' room, which he still claimed it to be a normal room and I don't know how. LOL Sorry for not posting the epic room's photo here, I respect the owner :p

Taaaaaaaaa My car and my key! Super excited! Last time I checked, it was almost half a year ago when I last drive in Malaysia. I know how I used to complain about the tiredness of driving but this time, I had to admit that I miss driving. And I am really excited to persuade everyone how awesome is my driving skill, by action. ;) Felt regret for not getting any photo of me driving on the highway but yea.. I DROVE IN AUSTRALIA!!! =D

I have to say, I know it is their job to shave the fleece out from the sheep but still it kills me to witness all these. Almost cry out from watching how the sheep struggled from the beginning and somehow ended up doing nothing, because it can really do nothing. I am pretty clear that it was your job but still... Xcrew you!

Next, one of my favourite place- Nobbies Centre

Geeeeez That was REALLY REALLY REALLY Amazing!! I have never seen such a nice scenery before. The thing is, other than the breathtaking view, the combination of the strong wind make it even perfect! My mouth was like OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO all the time. Seriously, WOW!!

No one is allowed to snap any picture of the penguin so I had the above taken from Google image. But yeaaaaaaaaa We get to watch the little penguin returning ashore during sunset. OMG it was really excited to see the little ones returning home in a parade. Soooooooo adorable and I miss them a lot!!!!! Penguin is now my new favourite animal on the earth. I love them!! If and only if I can have one bringing home as my pet. :(

Next day. Mornington.

Early in the morning, Peninsula Hot Spring to be our first destination. I once thought that it was just a pool that everyone fixed in. But guess what, the hot spring is so big that comes with a map, with many different kind of pools ranging temperature from 37C to 43C.

It is really different from the hot spring and spa that I went before (eventhough I haven't really been to a lot) due to its varieties of pools. Click HERE if you feel like finding out more. Remember to reach there before 9am for early bird discount which we've failed to make it on that day.

After a refreshing spa, next stop named Ashcombe Maze and Lavender Gardens.

It was a wonderful experience to me. I mean all those different mazes are really unique and fun but after all, I still dont think I can get out of them myself alone, except that Lavender maze which can be cheated. =P Mazes are not my thing, no idea how people can actually figure the way out. Everything just looked soo similar. My advice to every non-observant people like me, Don't ever enter in alone. Haha!

Finished all the mazes, while most of them went to the strawberry farm, me and a few stayed back in the Cafe inside Ashcombe.

There ended our second day in Mornington. Heading back earlier on that day to have some really good rest and get ready for tomorrow! =D

One last day, another must go in the road trip list- Great Ocean Road.

Say Hi to the driver of the day!

Whoever been to road trip in Melbs must be familiar with the word Great Ocean Road I guess? One of the world's most scenic drives, as well as hardest I think. Fairly long which kinda like endless for us to reach the ending point. I have no idea how far it went as apparently, I took a pill and slept for the first few hours which was long enough for me to missed all those amazing view along the way. Car sickness is awful!

Allow me to say something of this epic moment that I accidentally captured! Awwww still felt the guiltiness of me dropping RR's polaroid when I was suppose to just take a film of the group. I had no idea why the camera will slipped off from my hand and just... rolling on the rocky road. I mean.. CRY!! :'( Sorry RR, from the very deep bottom of my heart. I know you must be heart broken eventhough you keep saying that was ok. Sorry RR I will get you like aaaaaaaaaa lot aaaaaaaaa lot aaaaaaaaaaa lot of film I promise. Couldnt take off any hurt that I've caused on you but I wish it can at least help a bit. Please do let me know if the polaroid stop function normally and I will take the full responsibility for it. I love all the spots that we have been to in these three days. It was really amazing to check out those astonishing scenery, even amazing when it was with each and everyone of them. I really cherish when we had one car following another behind, and every single second that we spent together. I miss you. Lawyers and Yakinikus. <3

Trip to Melbs - Day three four

Don't know how long am I going to take in order to finish posting everything about Melbs, but anyhow, I will make sure everything be posted! Look back the Trip to Taiwan last year June, my blog just recorded it until Day 3, which is less than even half of the trip :( And the one to Bangkok with family mid of this year, the one with JPA's Law Genius to Gold Coast... I didn't even have time to write about it :'(

Today, we combined with the so called JPA's Law gang. We had like what? More than 15 people all together? LOL

HAHA! Yea! We kind of shake every single day for FREE stuff! Well, it doesnt always comes with Free stuff but guess what, there's 4 Hungry Jacks which are just nearby. We got to shake for 4 times to get the stuff that we want! IT WAS FOUR!! How could we not getting the free stuff with 4 chances? LOL

Phones + iPads + Hungry Jacks = Free breakfast every day! =D

82 colourful bathing boxes, uniquely built and sized, yet regularly arranged along the beach, one of the supa tourist icon in Melbs! I guess it does come with some kind of history but hehehhehehe History is not my thing after all. Simply love the boxes which come with their own colours and drawings. 

Finally finished taking all the pictures. Time to meet Uncle :)

So when was the last time I see him? Two years ago? Time flies.. two years felt like two days. Hmmm
Went to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which was claimed as the Southern hemisphere's largest shopping centre since 2009 as well as Australia's largest shopping centre since 2007. Anyway, to me, Shopping Centre in KL are all amazing enough. So...
Back back back! Chadstone is actually where my long-missed uncle worked at!

Get to have free food Big Thanks to my dearest uncle! Until now I'm still dreaming about this favourite of mine! OMG I seriously love UNGAI sooooooooooo much!!!!!
Always felt so blessed to have uncles and aunties watching me and my siblings since the day we were born. They never stop caring, but love us so much. So freely give us everything that we need, and sometimes even things that's luxurious to us. I love them!! Each and every one of my uncle and aunty!! ♥♥♥

Had our dinner in an Italian Restaurant, SVAGO Ristorante.

Urbanspoon gave a super high mark for this Italian shop. Overall, I find it ok, not too much of my thing. Ohyeaaaa it might also be due to what I had in Uncle's Sushi early on. You know, too much Unagi inside the stomach, not much space for other food. Teeeheeeeeeee ;)

Another marked cafe in Melbourne, Manchester Press. Well known with the wonderful coffee art, we were just there with Stephanie for its art. Haha

Was suppose to have our brunch at Twenty and Six Espresso which is highly recommended by many. BUT, we were a bit too late for the brunch. Out of no choice, we went to somewhere nearby, named Auction Rooms.

Tried some of the lunch dishes, all taste pretty good. Yum!

Then, we head back to Melbourne City. What I can remembered is that I walked A LOT on that day. Walked from our place to Manchester Press of which we lost a bit, run back to our place to meet up with others, walked to take tram, walk in the city..... Simply non-stop WALKING!!
Was really tired after all. Thank God good food always cheer me up. Another dessert shop named Passion Flower! ;)

Look at the ice cream, the pancakes, the banana choco... DAMN IT!! Saliva is coming out at this very hour!

After all, Dinner time!! Hohohohoho
Forgot the name of the restaurant of our dinner, it is just located opposite the place where we stayed, and famous with its bone of the pork...

... where we can actually use a straw to suck and taste the inner essence within the bone like how I did..

Haha! Dinner doesnt put a full stop in the food hunting! We went back home and rested for a while after our dinner, then next round! Another one of my favourite place in Melbs, Joo Mak!

Must blame the tour guide who brought us there for not telling me at first how awesome this place is! I was too tired and went there with my spec instead of contact lens! No one had stop me from doing that and I ended up taking ZERO nice photo in this place! GRRRRRR

Very different from normal Korean restaurant, JooMak has its own unique atmosphere which is the best place for people to hang out and just talk!! How I wish I can have my firecracker sisters there and I bet we will not leave the place until someone force us to go! No kidding, I really miss the time to just talk rubbish with my babe. Do you girls miss me? :(

Ended the third and forth day in Melbourne with just food and shopping!! WOW! No idea how much have I ate for that four days! LOL But lalalalalalala, not regret for anything. If the time repeat, thing will still be the same, FOOD!! Teeheee

Finally I get to learn coffee TODAY!! Was planning to go for some classes but then now it seems like I don't have to waste the money for that. No more working from this week onward but finally I can start learning coffee!!!!! Woooohoooooo Super long awaited since I started to work in the Cafe. Now the fire of learning heart burn up really high! Call me Barista in no time! Winkwink*
